The neck is made from select hardwood with Martin’s Performing Artist profile and high-performance taper, making it comfortable and fast while still feeling substantial in the hand. It’s paired with an ebony fingerboard with 20 frets and a 25.4″ scale length, along with a 1.75″ nut width that provides comfortable spacing for chords and fingerstyle work. As part of the Retro series, the guitar includes Fishman F1 Aura Plus electronics, which combine an undersaddle pickup with digitally captured images of vintage Martin microphones, giving you a very natural plugged-in acoustic sound for live playing or recording.
